- Morning brief: the mentor sets the day — one focus, one line, under two minutes.
- One hard thing a day: concrete, binary, done or not done. Drawn from the user's own goals.
- Evening debrief: the mentor asks how it went, with memory of yesterday and last week.
- Sunday review: an honest weekly assessment and next week's intent.
- Streaks, home/lock screen widgets, and notifications written in the mentor's voice (capped at 2/day app-initiated).

## Privacy and ethics

- Memory is encrypted at rest, never sold, never used to train models.
- No analytics on conversation content.
- Account and data deletion is in-app and immediate.

- The mentor pushes users toward real life and recommends professionals when something is beyond a mentor's lane. Crisis input gets a hard-coded handoff to professional resources.
