Privacy, in plain English
Cal knowing your life is the product. Protecting it is the covenant. Here's the whole policy, written to be read.
What we keep. What you tell Cal — the facts, the people, the commitments, the patterns. That memory is what makes him a mentor instead of a chatbot. It's encrypted at rest.
What we never do. We don't sell your data. We don't share it. We don't train AI models on it. We don't run analytics on the content of your conversations — not for ads, not for "insights," not for anything.
What we measure. Whether the app works: crashes, retention, streak length, debrief completion. Numbers about usage, never the words inside it.
Deletion. Delete your account inside the app — no email to support, no retention dance. When you delete it, your memory goes with it. Gone means gone.
The waitlist. Your email, used to tell you when the doors open. Nothing else. One link to get off the list.
The full legal text ships before the App Store release. It will say what this page says, in longer sentences.
